All American wineries

Host Bob Hodge of Pfafftown, NC

Whether you are searching for wine, wines, winery, wineries, vineyard, vineyards, taste, tasting, tour, guide, locator, or directory by state within the United States, you have come to the right place!  Have you ever planned a trip within the U. S. and wondered if there were any wineries in the state you were visiting?  It is not a problem if you already know the winery name.  However, there are many smaller wineries (I call them "hidden gems") without large advertising budgets or a well-known name, just awaiting your discovery.  AllAmericanWineries.com™ enables you to locate all wineries in any state with just a couple of mouse clicks.  Now you can find your own hidden gems.  We do not sell wine or wine related products (although you may find that information on the Other Wine-Related Sites page).  We just offer the wine loving traveler a complete, non-commercial and unbiased listing of all known wineries in a given state.

The British Columbia Wine Institute (BCWI) was created by an act of the provincial legislature in 1990. It functions as a component of a strategic plan developed by the industry and government to create an internationally competitive wine industry. The strategy included the removal of labrusca and hybrid grape varieties and replanting vineyards to vinifera varietals, establishing an industry based on premium wine production.
The BCWI has the mandate to establish standards for 100% British Columbia wine, to certify compliance with the standards, and to provide support programs for the development of the industry. These include market development, research, and information collection and dissemination. The Institute is often called upon to represent the views of industry to government and to represent the BC industry at the national and international level.

Welcome to Wine Institute!Welcome to Wine Institute! WINE INSTITUTE is the public policy advocacy association of California wineries. Wine Institute brings together the resources of 550 wineries and affiliated businesses to support legislative and regulatory advocacy, international market development, media relations, scientific research, and education programs that benefit the entire California wine industry.

The Burgundy Wine Company

The Burgundy Wine Company

The Burgundy Wine Company is a unique retail wine store in that we only carry the wines of Burgundy and the Rhone and the same grape varieties (e.g., Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah) as found in California and Oregon. The company operates with one overriding objective in mind-- QUALITY. Rather than mass marketing, we are a "throw-back" in time to the English Wine Merchant who focused on serving a limited number of clientele very, very well. We visit each producer one to three times a year. If we purchase a wine, we have tasted it several times - usually in barrel and after bottling. All our wines, from Beaujolais to Musigny, are stored impeccably in our cellars at a constant  53 to 54 degrees. And finally, with rare exceptions (always noted), all tasting notes are our own.
